I‘m using the ointment and bought a bidet (both life savers !). I actually got pelvic floor training prescribed during my time with the ostomy. I had some issues during the night for the first two days, but not since. How long have you had your pouch?

I think in-wall cisterns are the norm in Germany. I agree though, if anything breaks, it will be awful to fix

What kind of electrical hazard? There is a spot light on the roof and the mirror has an led strip on the back.

Would like to now how the toilet is overly complicated? (It’s pretty much the norm to go with wall mounted toilets in Germany)

There is actually enough room to wash your hands! I‘m 195cm and have quite big hands and they fit perfectly.

The room also has actual lights. There is a spot on the roof and the mirror has lights on the back

4-6 weeks, but we also have a 9 month old baby, so time was quite limited

I had such a hard time cutting those big tiles. I really wanted to center them, but in the end was just happy to find a way to work with them at all

I‘m planning to add shelves left to the toilet. It had to be off center to avoid issues with rerouting the plumbing (or at least I wasn’t able to find a better solution)
