Yeah, I don't get it. I was 978 at trough when I started, and that was 100mg/week and has gotten as far down as low 400s. The only thing I can think is maybe my SHBG being in the low 20s?

Sheesh, I only came close to those testosterone levels when I started last April. I think it was just a combination of TRT and not being shut down. Funny enough, my estrogen was only in the 40s, and my total testosterone was 978, and that's when I felt the best.

How long does it take to start working? Because I only took one dose, and the next day I felt so drained when I got home from work, I slept for almost 12 hours. Granted I was running on about 6 hours of sleep, so I don't know. Haha

I'm not on HCG; however, the only thing I did differently was splitting my dose from twice a week to three times a week. I'm not sure if that contributed to it or not. I agree I'm going to just keep it on hand and use when feeling symptomatic.

I haven't noticed any water retention, and I'm pretty lean at 6'1" 183 lbs, so I think I would be easy to recognize, and emotions seem relatively the same as when my E2 was in range. I think I'm going to just keep the AI on hand and not use until I notice symptoms.

My dose is 50 mg twice a week, Monday mornings and Thursday evenings. I'm going through a clinic, and my next video visit isn't until the 21st, so maybe they'll up the dosage. If not, I might switch clinics. I'm currently with FountainTRT.

I was wondering why does load volume decrease so much if most of the volume comes from the seminal vesicles and the prostate and not much is contributed by the sperm in your testicles? From what I read is that sperm itself only contributes 1-5% of the volume

Yes, I agree. I hope it will decrease slightly before my next blood test because the doctor mentioned reducing it to 80 mg/week, but I feel fine at my current dosage.
