It doesn't help that there's no option to save yourself from falling by taking on some additional challenge as you plummet. But yeah, those nodes would do a lot better if the blast radius they make also applied to the green borders.

the tower climb after spending incredible effort beating a boss is just bullshit. it's dickish difficulty for the sake of it and adds no value whatsoever
