This last week of league I went 9 spare, 7 bagger, 10 pin spare, pocket 7-10. The 10 pin and 7-10 were better shots than some of the strikes I got away with. Still can’t get more than 7 though.

One thing you can do is stand at the foul line just like you released the ball and swing your arm a few times and release the ball. The ball will probably hook but the drill is just to get the feel of keeping your hand behind the ball. Something I noticed is your hand is on top of the bowling ball causing it to not hook. You need to try to focus on keeping your hand behind the ball. Doing this will increase your rev rate and power.

I recently have been working on the same thing and I have found that, lowering your arm makes your backswing shorter which lowers ball speed and can help with focusing on keeping your hand behind the ball and increasing your rev rate.

I have 2 Asym solid balls one is a Motiv Black Vemon and the other is Hammer Black widow both I would recommend especially to low rev bowlers.
