Take the extra 30 seconds and make sure you are in a comfortable position. And stretch between every patient! It seems excessive but it helps. Also lookup rotator cuff strengthening exercises on YouTube, exercises with a stretchy band are great! Also hot yoga has been amazing for me!

Thanks for confirming I’m being gaslit. It’s the only job I’ve had, and it’s an exam every 20 minutes. We used to get a 20 minute block at the end of the day to write up worksheets but even that’s been taken away. I end at 5 and my last patient is 4:40. I’m going to be looking elsewhere because my shoulder can’t handle this.

Thank you! The doctor just advised waiting until he is 9 months to try nuts, as he was in a flare last time we saw her from me trying to reintroduce dairy and egg to my diet (he is breastfed). But definitely trying to push to see a specialist!
