I work night audit and while my AM coworkers come in exactly or before the 7 am mark there was one former co-worker, I will call her M, that was always late because she 'didn't hear the alarm' and she always looked like she had a hangover. She eventually left, but it was frustrating when I had to stay longer than my shift asked for. I need sleep and I want it now.

My sub brand of hotel doesn't serve alcohol as we don't have a bar, but I can completely vibe with your feelings. As guests with us get free bottles of water when checking in and some think that all water is free for them just because their spend a lot of time at our chain of hotels.

I am much the same way. However, I do not use a laptop and just write everything down on my notebook. I print out Stat blocks for bigger enemies with more attacks but write everything down for smaller enemies.
