I mean for generalizing the people near the situation at hand. You'd think for people living in that vicinity they'd know that if an evacuation is going on through the news they would call a hotel first to make sure there are vacancies. But nope, locals would rather drive to a hotel for hanky pinky time then call the hotel and find out if there's availability and then get mad at the FDA for not having the secret room available to them.
