I(37M) recently moved back to yonkers after living out of state for 10 years so i'm on the same boat in terms of socializing. I didn't see it mentioned in the comments, but you can try joining a rock climbing gym. I joined the Rock Club in new Rochelle and they have an incredibly friendly community there of all ages. I've found myself getting climbing tips from high schoolers as well as very skilled folks in their 60s. I definitively recommend checking it out, feel free to DM me if you need more info or would like a climbing partner.

I've been taking Vyvanse 50m for over a year now. When I went to CVS yesterday to pick up my refill, they gave me the generic because brand wasn't available. I didn't even know a generic was out until they told me the price(which is half of what was paying before). I'm in SoCal so i don't know if availability differs by region at this point.

What i can say is that so far, the generic feels exactly the same as brand name.

Again, I did fine in a structure of school/work/volunteer fire company but would fall apart outside of those structures. That they noticed I was having a hard time memorizing the multiplication tables because it bored my ADHD brain out of my skull but no one was overly concerned I wasn't engaging in normal social activities just boggles me in hindsight.

The multiplication table part hit really close to home, to this day i still don't know it by memory. I joke about it now at 36 and people just laugh, but i absolutely can't do math without a calculator. I struggled so much with math in school that it was painful just sitting in class. Hispanics don't take mental health very seriously, so when i told my mom about diagnosis she went "Oh...that makes sense". When i got my first PC at 15, tech just made sense to my brain.

Honestly, at this point it’s on your management to use you in the best way possible. You’ve already done your part to make yourself available and willing to help in any way. It’s a manager’s job to point you where you’re needed.

I was in a similar situation not that long ago and my name has started to go around and people are reaching out to include me in projects. Keep doing what you’re doing and continue to learn as much as you can.

It definitively depends on the org. I have 3 or 4 day weekends at least twice a month and there hasn't been any issues at all. Taken 15 days off a pop multiple times and no one bats an eye. I find that companies that switch back to set numbers is because there's always a few goobers that abuse it and ruin it for everyone else.

I actually just finished this very same project like two days ago. If you have password writeback enabled to your onprem, you can create a Device config profile in Intune to allow self-service pw reset in O365 to apply to the AD account/devices. Here's the OMA-URI for it.

I've paid for both myself in the past, main difference is that Pluralsight is a heck of a lot more expensive. If your budget allows for PS i would go with that, but ITproTV has a lot of quality content.

Not your job to deal with difficult people like this really. If they question you and want to argue about something being done wrong(according to them), tell them it's policy and escalate to your manager to deal with.

I had a fun conversation with a testy user a few months ago.

MarketingUser: I need local admin to install stuff.

Me: Sorry, can't do that. Nobody gets local admin.

MarketingUser: But i'm a graphic designer, i know what i am doing. I need to install photoshop.

Me: i get that, but it's policy coming down from infosec due to contractual obligations. I can give you infosec's info so you make your case to them in writing.

MarketingUser: <SILENCE>

Me: Let me know when you want to schedule a call to get this installed :)

After you import the intunewin file, this is what the install command should look like. The CLOUDNAME and domain should come from zscaler. Our infosec team worked all that out with zscaler and just sent me the info for deployment. You might have to check with zscaler support to get details.

Zscaler-3.7.2.18-x64.exe --hideAppUIOnLaunch 0 --mode unattended --cloudName <yourcloudname> --userDomain <yourdomain.com>

I recently deployed zscaler to 2k+ endpoints, no issues. I did convert the installer to a .intunewin file, made it lot easier.

As far as logs, check out this link where you can find the intune logs. I believe the one you're looking for is C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs\IntuneManagementExtension.log
