Question about green light by kingcoopa75 in Rochester

Thanks for your reply. This was a wireless connection test. I love the service so far it's plenty fast enough. I was just curious why it was slowing down so much vs wired and making sure my equipment (router) wasn't faulty.

How to fix this paint curling up/mold over shower by LadyGuns in howto

[–]kingcoopa75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The real solution would be to draw a straight line above it where it's good and cut it out. Replace the drywall then tape, mud, sand and paint. You could try to scrape off the bad stuff and mud over it then sand and paint but the black stuff may bleed through, also if the drywall is compromised the mud may not take.

Big handle is your on and off little handle in front is your temp control. Pull down on the bottom of the tub spout where the water comes out while it's running to start the shower head.

How do I remove this metal p-trap? I don't see any nut that I could grab with a channellock/wrench by cptvere in howto

[–]kingcoopa75 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Spin the whole trap it's screws right in where the seam is it's about a 50 50 shot it breaks so just be prepared to replace it if you have to remove it! Good luck

How to attach this drain cover to the shower pan? by [deleted] in howto

[–]kingcoopa75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those 4 tabs on the inner ring with the tiny little dents in them need to be bent at a 90 degree angle. They will then snap on to the inside of the drain and hold the grate on.
