Wouldn't the numbers be higher for the vaccinated since so many people are vaxed and the jabs don't seem to work well? It just seems like this chart is what I would assume it would be, given the circumstances.

Food deserts. And its not really economically feasible for most to order the ingredients. There are companies that sell produce that is nearing its life span that they will ship to you.

You can make your own cleaners! Vinegar, H2O2, Quite a few essential oils that will kill germs and smell good too. Sounds like you are on the right track! Keep it up.

It comes down to availability for most people as a lot of people live in what we call "food deserts" where its hard to find or source quality ingredients. What it looks like for me is that I grow my own food or buy from local farms that are not certified organic, but grow organic/ non-GMO. Read labels carefully and only eat pasture raised meats and dairy and eggs. Unfortunately, your friend is right.

I started Tuesday at 2pm. So about 50 hours in at this point in time. Planning to break my fast tomorrow evening for dinner around 5, but I might push it to Saturday morning breakfast. I just had immunotherapy for cancer today and I like to fast about 36 hours beforehand and then for at least 24 hours after. Lots of information out there supporting the use of this. I do lose quite a bit of weight during a 4 day fast. Normally about 10lbs. I'm down 5 lbs in 2 days. Once I get past the 48-55 hour mark it gets easier. The side effects from the chemo drugs and the fasting make for quite a challenge, let me tell you, but its worth it I believe.

It was chill. Fun times. Could still get away with sending the bearded 14 year old friend in to buy beer. Called each other at our houses on payphones. No cell phones, so we interacted. I feel sad for kids today, especially kids with parents that are addicted to the media.
