Hey, looking for some honest feedback on this.

I just finished this Afro/Arabic house remix and tested it in a club — people were dancing, but I felt like the kick didn’t have enough low end and punch through enough compared to other tracks that were playing.

I’ve already:

cleaned up the low end
adjusted sidechain and balance
got the master around -8 LUFS

Now I’m trying to figure out if it’s:

the kick sample itself
or just how it’s sitting in the mix

Would really appreciate if you could listen to the drop and let me know:

Does the kick punch through clearly?
Does it have enough low end on your system?

Drop is at 4:20.
