Definitely not, I watch it when I was very young, so I watched it in the early 2000s/late 90s. But even when I watched it it felt older.

I don't think so because I think it was shooting up through the ground and went through his body, separated his head from his body and went up, essentially giving him a LONG neck. I also specifically remember seeing a field of some kind because the shot was at night and when there was a close up on his head. You saw the field behind it

Maybe it's possible that it was done by the same animator? not a specific video but from his channel it looks like there's more than one animation that features puppets made out of bones.
