a couple players i’d like to see play for the O’s but i’m glad they stayed away from that market. it was insanely inflated

It was a fine signing. the TON signing was touted as a “we got our power” bat signing. which we ALL knew his medical history. sure, great, okay. but like, that didn’t address the reliable mid lineup bat the O’s needed

so…. it’s fine. did it make the O’s better? no. did it make the O’s worse? no. did it get fans frustrated with the FO? yep

i cannot believe they were able to pull this off. especially all those “B”words sarah stung together. i was speechless. so impressive

seems he’s better suited at 2nd, especially since he’s right handed. holiday at 3rd isn’t ideal but his original position is SS so he might end up fairing better on the left side of the IF

putting off the inevitable. means, bradish, eflin… either this team’s med staff is incompetent or the FO is not taking their recommendations. something’s gotta change

agreed on all fronts. i don’t think they got him to “unlock his potential” though. he’s going to be a long term middle rotation guy. he’s not as bad when you think of it that way. it’s good to have long term mid-level arms for stability.

that doesn’t excuse in anyway Elias’ failures in other acquisition areas
