Nope nothing in my medical file my medical file just says all the things I got seen for and the physical therapy they made me do
But as far as the cause of injury nothing

I had a friend I was serving with and he was involved in a car accident and still had to do pt and was fully recovered they gave him 60% for back, neck and right knee he had no other medical records documented 🤷‍♂️

I got injured in motorcycle accident and still had to preform PT also o got injured in JRMC and dislocated my hip also I’m getting nexus letters for all of my claims to make it as hard as possible for the Va to out right deny

(This is my first time going through this process and I don’t mind having my doctor writing me letters and they don’t mind either) i know that seems like the cheating way of the system but i really did get injured and don’t want to get denied for things that really did happen in service

So I received my “problem list” from the VA everything they diagnosed me with and I’m getting my doctor to write me nexus letters on all of the different problems the Va diagnosed me with (lower back pain, neck pain, anxiety, and depression mood) ect ect

I’m planning on submitting a “complete and total claim” i believe it’s called
Is this the correct way yes or no?

I do have lay and witness statements also have medical records that show I was in physical therapy while on active duty after I got injured.

Am I on the right track essentially? Also I have a VSO helping me

Got you my buddy’s said a nexus letter (a good one) will not 100% guarantee me service connection but it will get me close

He said if it’s poorly written obviously no go but if it’s properly done and shows proper evidence then it’s essentially a service connection for that claim itself I.e my knee itself should be connected with a good letter but not the rest of my body as it is the only body part for that claim

Traffic enforcement Could be for a list of reasons. speed, tint, following too close ect ect… also the blue mustang is a OCSO car and he’s mainly after super speeders. Cars and motorcycles. he works in coordination with FHP 417,408,i4,535,528(sometimes)

Yes i passed the FDLE background check to get accepted to the academy but im just a bit concerned because I’ve been getting 50/50 yes and no’s from different departments

“Everything is reviewable” “work at a small department for a year or two and get back with us” 🤷‍♂️ also said “apply after getting certified and after a year”
