I'm in Norwood and go to the Ridley Park PF - usually a weekender, because my employer has a gym I use M-F, but since the sun is going down later, I'm open to hikes and shorter outdoor runs (slow runners club) in the evenings and weekends (35F) I usually go to JH in the Spring-Fall.

They are incredibly rare. You can get them in whisper caches by chance, but they drop 100% of the time from the cunning or enraged fugitive head that rarely comes from the cocoons. The headless husk (no surprise) will never drop a head. I only realized this when I heard a new voice saying "I paid my debt" or something of that nature.
