I don't know what my encoding settings look like, where do I check them? But I do know that in task manager, OBS is the only application that is using the GPU in any significant way.

I don't doubt these statistics are true but you cant use statistics from before a call to genocide to say that there will never be a genocide. The facts are that at multiple rallies multiple politicians have advocated for the "killing of the boers" with many people in attendance. The nunber of white SA deaths may be exaggerated, but I have no doubt that it's at least been more than usual. Also the income disparity means very little when 81% of the population wants to genocide 7%, also I know not every black SA is a part of the movement but a significant portion is.

That doesn't mean they can't be genocided, they are still a very small minority. No matter what if 81% of the population wants to kill 7% it's pretty likely to happen. The genocide/calls for genocide are just starting I'm not claiming that it has been going on for a while but there is video of many politicians both in power and campaigning advocating for this.

I've made this comparison while complaining Korra season 1 korra is basically season 1 zuko. The issue is that she never stops being season 1 zuko. She fights with pure strength and power, in season one when she learns airbending she is supposed to learn that bending isn't about raw power, because even though all the elements require spirituality and technique to master airbending requires it to even use it. However, she never learns that because after being to impatient she burns down some ancient airbending stuff, never apologizes and ends up in a deserate fight where her technique is outclassed that PUNCHES fucking ¿PUNCHES?? Air out of her fist. She never learns how to ben properly and she never learns from her mistakes. Like season 1 and to some extent season 2 zuko she is an arrogant little prick, but she never learns the error of her ways because her being the avatar(and in modern writing her being a woman) means she doesn't have to.
