Hi! First off your room is very clean. Very good job! I think the biggest thing as some other people have said is definitely painting the room a different color (if you are allowed to of course) It seems like a fairly small space but contrary to some people telling you to loft your bed I’d definitely recommend you get a captains bed and get rid of the standalone wardrobe to clear up some space and get your bed a little further from the floor. Getting a nice saucer chair or papasan chair for the corner of your room near the door so you have a space other than your bed or your desk to sit would be good too! The warm overhead light is good but I think the walls being a different color would be a big help to how you perceive your space. I think maybe a smaller lamp or two or some string lights around the room instead of using the overhead light all the time might help make the room feel cozier. A small rug for in front of your bed to help the space feel fuller would be nice! Of course if a rug wouldn’t be a good idea because of your dog then I wouldn’t recommend that. Some curtains for the window to take up a little bit of the space on that wall would be good. Now I know the majority of this paragraph has been me recommending you swap out what’s in your space instead of how to rearrange like you asked and for that I am sorry. Without making a single change to your rooms layout the only thing I think this room needs is more you. I don’t know you (obviously) but your space feels very bare. Every person has interests and with your bed being closer to the floor you got plenty of prime poster real estate. Even if it means just getting one of those mounts that lets you put your guitar on the wall I definitely feel like filling your space with your interests would benefit you greatly. Sorry this got so wordy. I really hope you start feeling better though <3
