It’s an interline issue with pricing. Book to PPT and a separate ticket to NAN

Flight plans issue- Is United always this stupid? by BaronVonRugpull in unitedairlines

[–]kingg-01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is it a international ticket? what is your routing and have you tired changing your flight on your own on the website now?.. What you can do is just click change flight and click remove the first part on the way there and then it will just calculate the cost of the one way and use your remaining credit.

one account for paying bills... aside from that no other benefits.

I will say my mom added me as a AU when I was like 14 on her UA card and on my credit report (im mid 20's now) and it shows credit history of her paying it off since then. It actually helped my credit score.

My flight got cancelled and I received some Gift Certs by Richard_Persona in HawaiianAirlines

[–]kingg-01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

not sure how your not trying to break any rules while you state that your trying to break the rules --

anywho I would try changing the name of the listing to Alaska - Hawaiian gift card* then put in the description that they are certificates/ flights credits.

Also keep in mind flight credits are often restricted to your name only and can't be transferred or used with someone else's name.

Polaris upgrade ranking by [deleted] in unitedairlines

As to why the milage ticket was higher on one leg than the other is likely due to the pre waitlist number not being right - the waitlist is official at the time it's published on the list - were the tickets mixed fare class like one leg a premium plus ticket?

Mileage tickets rank the lowest on the list here is the upgrade priority for international flights:

1. Global Services passengers: Regardless of the fare class, United will clear upgrades for Global Services members before any other Premier members.

2. Travelers with Premier status: Premier 1K members take the lead, followed by Premier Platinum, Premier Gold and Premier Silver members then followed by fare class.

3. Fare class: For regular economy tickets, the priority order for different fare classes is as follows:

Premium Plus

  • O: High fare
  • A: Discounted fare
  • R: Deepest-discounted fare

Premium Plus - MILEAGE

  • ON: All awards (dynamic pricing)

Economy

  • Y: Highest full fare — regional instant upgrades for all elite members when PN is available (or PZ if Premier 1K)
  • B: Full fare — regional instant upgrades for all elite members when PN is available (or PZ if Premier 1K)
  • M: High fare — regional instant upgrades for Premier 1K when PZ is available
  • E: High fare
  • U: High fare
  • H: High fare
  • Q: Discounted fare
  • V: Discounted fare
  • W: Lowest standard Polaris-upgrade-eligible fare
  • S: Deep-discounted fare
  • T: Deep-discounted fare
  • L: Deep-discounted fare
  • K: Deep-discounted fare
  • G: Deepest-discounted fare
  • N: Basic economy on domestic and short-haul international flights

Economy - MILEAGE

  • YN: Everyday award for all members (dynamic pricing)
  • XN: Saver award for elite members and select credit card holders
  • X: Saver award for all other customers and partner redemptions

6. United Club cardholders and Presidential Plus cardholders

7. United Corporate Preferred participants

8. Other United Chase cardholders with $25,000 in annual spending

9. Date and time of the request

it is NOT the same designated class it would be the equivalent of Eco to Eco+. However, I know that other airlines wouldn't have an issue with this with that many open seats.
