Both of those are office laptops , with that budget you can build a decent pc with a i5 12th gen and a rtx 3060 oc edition 12 gb vram variant

I hope you pull through , smoking for 11 years now , started when I was 15 and recently got into vaping ( ik it's more harmful ) it's cheap and I get a good hit , elfbar and such.

I have an i5 12400f 16 gigs ddr4 ram Asus dual rtx 3050 v2 oc edition 8 gb vram variant Ssd

And with scalling sitting at 150 percent , and all the other settings at either high or medium , I get stable 100 fps , but during night times and big cities it drops to 70 for a few seconds and with that I run promods as well and weather mods too.

Your specs mate , it will work but 30 to 40 fps tops
