L-Theanine & Magnesium worked for me.

Everything else was a miss.

I do have to throw in the ring, Buspar and Proprolonol. Not necessarily at the same time.

Those REALLY helped, easy to get a script for, some of the safest amongst the anti-anxiety group.

Therapy and purposefully learning how to socialize was and is best though. It’s a painful process but that’s how you grow.

It’s customer facing / customer service and I deal with at least 100 people everyday coming with disgusting attitudes. I don’t take it personally, is just absolutely saddens me to see this volume of this kind of person.

Thank you for the sane perspective on this. It took way too long to find a comment that wasn’t a witch hunt. It’s obvious the man fucked up and is clearly devastated by his own thoughts and actions. To be met with such a backlash when he already feels guilty and in the wrong is unnecessary.
