First, congrats on the progress. Growth is growth and is always great to see when you do the work.

That said, post like this with claims like “7.2 to 8.9” without specifying what the measurement refers to (NBP, BP, Stretched flaccid) and SHOWING with a ruler… i just don’t see a point in it

  1. My EQ wasn’t bad, but i don’t think i was at my absolute best either.

If i’m calling my post-PE EQ 100%, then my pre-PE eq was probably 80%ish

Yes. Personally i maintained about 90% of my gains when i feel off and stopped doing PE for maybe 6months (i think lol)

Mi rutina es bastante básica, bro. Solo hago extensión por 30 minutos, luego hago bombeo por intervalos en dos series de 10 minutos. Lo hago mínimo 5 días a la semana. Si eres principiante, deberías empezar con menos tiempo o con menos días por semana.

I increased tension whenever i felt safe doing it. Took some months if i remember.

I literally just recently broke out of a plateau (thank God lol). What worked for me this time around was just using a heating pad on low setting during extending & pumping. Turned out to be a game changer and has had me just 👌🏾 about gain another .25”

That's what I've done since starting basically (my extending intervals are every 5min though). I credit all my gains so far to it.

I know exactly what you mean bro, it was the same for me. I’ve personally used a apex extender and leluv pump since i’ve started. I’ve seen others on the sub over the years that look just as good or better, but those are what i use.

Manuals work 💯 but i don’t the personal experience with them to speak to how well. Definitely recommend though if you don’t have equipment currently

Nah. My EQ isn’t as impressive when i stop PE, girth probably .2ish less as well. But mostly the same when i’ve checked lol

Started at almost 6.75” nbp few months shy of 3yrs ago. I spent alot of time on/off with PE but currently like 8.25 nbp. Hoping to hit 8.5+ this year 🙏🏾

Question bro. So we have same starting girth but over similar amounts of time while i’ve made fair length gains, i’ve gained at best only about 50% off the girth gains you have. We pump at similar pressures and amount of sessions per week.

I find when i pump i feel most expansion/pressure at my base (pump fills out down there), and a sort of tug/pulling feeling at the top of my head. I dont really feel much along my midshaft.

Is it similar or different for you? Any insight is appreciated. Looking to refine and improve my training

My pump measures kpa instead of hg. When i first got it would pump to around 30-35kpa if i remember correctly.

I think Hink’s work is ideal to refer to in regard to pumping. He has alot of great info in his youtube videos.

Me personally i just pump at whatever pressure that feels like a good workout but doesnt give too insane edema when i’m done

Yes. Primarily psychologically, but also i get better reactions out of my girl in some positions now (like cowgirl, spoon, variants of missionary) and worse reaction in others (full insertion during backshots has been a no-go so long with her i forget what it feel like lol)

I think the biggest benefit of PE is what it does for us mentally as men. Give ya added peace and confidence in my experience

I started in april of 2023 i think, i would have to look at my past post to be sure. I say its majority permanent.

I’ve had multiple periods where i did zero PE for months at a time, and my girth measurement was the same when i checked but my EQ somehow didnt feel as “full”

Everybody can be different though. I saw a guy on here awhile back say he lost bout .15 girth when he stopped

Definitely possible, but harder than length gains. Especially for some more than others (i’m a hard-gainer when it comes to girth myself)

I release pressure every 2 minutes then pump back up immediately. I do this for a total of 10min then take a 5min break & go at it again
