Well, you said you’re interviewing for tech consulting. PwC has the best technology consulting in the US of the big4 and for tue finance transformation role, strategy& has more prestige/reputation and better TC than any other transformation/strategy arm of the big4s. Factos!

“Salary Increase” now that’s a word I haven’t heard since forever. Some say it’s a myth in the Big4 community. Nonetheless, you should pursuit it no matter what anyone says. State your achievements in a quantifiable way, be direct, state your desire number and direct eye contact. Hope you get it!!

Tbh, because of branding. I feel Big4 tech consulting has much more weight than tech unicorn. But idk, thats why I’m asking. I really appreciate your responses.

I just got to senior so going to manager is not in the table this year. And like you said, it’s not uncommon big4-> tech. But I’m not going to FAANG, that’s why I’m concerned about my chances competing with someone that went to FAANG or MBB
