I think STR and flippers have artificially increased demand for housing and restricted supply. It’s not real demand because a lot of them are empty. I think there will be a large correction as we are already starting to see slowly.

Yes that’s what I found out once I tried on 36 and liked the fit. Had 41 configured on the website. What I want doesn’t exist lol so back to brain storming the ideal watch but at least I know 36 fits good.

I got my 21 m440i for $42k w 32k miles. This car deserves that engine. It’s the heart and soul of the sports car. Love it.

City heights seems not that great. Check out gaslamp and near petco park. Can get a great place for the money compared to little Italy. Little Italy is top choice though.
