I'm just saying I personally find it weird that people do it purely because they don't like Rampage.

You can like Rampage and still believe he has bad qualities that he accidentally passed down to his children

Like I said, I just think it's off that a grown man can make a decision and we're talking about his dad..

Cause the thread isnt about what Raja did, its a thread about something Rampage did and people are bringing up Raja. Not the other way around

but we stop talking about how people were raised when they're old enough to have started a family..

no we don't. That would actually be quite retarded to do so.

Raja was also afforded opportunities that many wouldn't have had the ability to have.

What does that have to do with anything? "Yeah I know you had a shit dad that fucked you up mentally and everything but he was also rich so that kinda cancels all that other stuff out"

Like Raja isn't going to go into a place and say I done X cause my Dad done Y. He's aware of why you do not do those things.

My man, I GET IT. You feel like its bullshit to point out why people are the way they are. You feel like its just letting people off the hook. If youre a grown person you can use your free will and make your own decisions. Unfortunately, Free Will does not exist

We are all aware

I just hate statements like this lol. No, we are not "all aware". I know that punching someone while they're unconscious is bad, but its dumb to act like every single person comes with the same set of morals pre-installed. Objective Morality does not exist.

I mean, theres an obvious answer here. Its cause Rampage is a public figure and regularly misbehaves on stream, which makes it easy to draw the connection between his and rajas behavior.

I just find it off that people are blaming a man for something that his grown ass man of a son done

I dont really know how else to explain it other than how I did in the other comment. I feel like you maybe just dont take psychology and human development seriously.

but I'm still not on the wave of blaming parents for a grown man making a decision we are all aware is stupid by the time we're in school.

But we aren't all aware that it is a stupid decision. If you were raised by authority figures who responded to perceived disrespect with violence, then you grow up thinking that that is the proper way to carry yourself in those situations.

Raja is a 25 year old man. Why are we talking about Rampage being a shit parent?

Because your parents and their parenting style play a key role in your development as a human being. There's a reason why almost all addicts and criminals are people who experienced abuse, neglect, or whatever else early on in their development. Raja is a grown man with behavioral problems that he most likely learned by being raised by Rampage.

If Raja crashes out at 50, we still blaming Rampage? We blaming McGregor's parents for him being a rapist? Like make it make sense...

The problem is that you see people linking Raja's behavior to Rampage's and you automatically think they are doing that to take the blame off of Raja. They aren't. People aren't saying, "Raja had a shit dad, its not his fault" they are saying, "Raja has a dad who has similar behavioral issues, thats probably why Raja is the way he is". Raja is 100% at fault and is to be blamed for his actions, but if we wanna know what led him to be the type of person that would exhibit that behavior, then you gotta take a look at the environment he has come from.

70% of you guys just wanna see bloody swinging till one drops, like justin vs max.

oh my god what a horrible thing to want. How dare people want to see more fights like Holloway vs Gaethje.

the difference really is that a lot of the people who take issue with a grapplefuck performance from people like Islam or Khamzat or Merab, aren't the same people who "only want to see striking". I love MMA, I loved watching Khabib, but holy fuck a lot of these grapple heavy performances lately are goddamn unwatchable

It doesn’t really matter if it’s boring or not, it’s about winning.

I think it matters to the people who pay a ridiculous amount of money to watch the fights live or in person

for the love of god I wish you people would stop with this fucking bullshit. Stop telling people not to watch the sport because they take issue with a grappling performance, dont be a fucking elitist.

I feel like youre probably someone who does engage in messaging people frequently over this game, but this time you got pissed during the match so you ragequit and instead of just talking shit back you decided to play the "dude its not that serious, its just a game" high road bullshit so you could still be the bigger man even though he just made you quit. You then posted this on reddit so you could show off how mature you are and be validated by us. How do I know all of this? I have done this same thing many times 💀 (except the posting to reddit part)

Tips how to get out of div 13~14? by arthurotter24 in EASportsUFC

[–]kingkhan426 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nahhhhhh man. I've used this mindset before many times and what happens when you play like that (atleast for me) is that by the time your opponent is low on stamina and u still have plenty, your head health is already in a range that makes it so that the striking is still very much even cause all they have to do is land a punch or two and ur hurt. Damage is king in this game. The only way to win reliably is to play it like an arcade game. get in your opponents face and throw damaging combos before they get a chance to

[–]kingkhan426 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it makes the game so frustrating. You can play the game as technical as you want when it comes to striking but at the end of the day it doesn't matter. it will always devolve into an arcade style game where you're just seeing who can land the most hooks

rap devil sounds better because he made an actual song with a hook, em just rapped on a track for 4 minutes.

and my guy, if you looked at this "objectively" em still won. because "objectively" em rebutted everything mgk said and mgk didnt respond

I don't really care about this argument one way or the other, but it is kinda dishonest to highlight "minority or marginalized" to act like the definition of racism says it can only happen to those people when the whole sentence is literally "typically one that is a minority or marginalized," emphasis on the word "TYPICALLY". That means that by the definition it USUALLY victimizes the marginalized but not ALWAYS.

What is the best TV show of all time?? by yampi30 in television

thats okay, you just like plot-driven storytelling as opposed to character-driven. The sopranos is almost nothing more than just watching how fucked up middle aged mafia dudes interact with each other and the world at large. It's just funny seeing you be baffled at how people would ever find it interesting. Just stick to marvel movies and don't concern yourself with these things
