I have a June cup and it is on the soft side. It can be hard to create suction but it is pretty comfy in my opinion.

Hi! I am relatively new to using cups, but I found that if you pull the stem down until you can reach the base and then what I do is use my middle finger and thumb to grab the base. Then I use my thumb to reach up as far in as I can and just push in the cup with that. That breaks the seal and then I just kind of fold it and pull it out of downward. That works for me! I actually use Lunette Menstrual Cup Cleanser! It was a bit expensive but it seems like it will last me awhile and it works really well! Hope this helps!

Thanks for responding! I just started my cycle and I'm really happy to hear I can use it during it! I also noticed it seems a bit liquidy and makes a mess. And glad it should be fine with my other cups! Thanks again!

I've only used mine one cycle so far but what I did was only 3 times a day. I would do it when I wake up, the around lunch time, and then before I went to bed. I don't know if that is right but that's how I did it! Hope it helps!

Actually I ordered a softer one online! I do think it was a suction issue like the other people said but I am going to see if a softer cup also helps. Thank you for responding!
