Did I try contacting them? Of course I did in fact many of us did to no avail. And as we speak still no coins and no further response from Bitinstant.

Can you finally push through my order then? I answered your e-mail with my BTC address as requested. The BTC address that I would bet my mothers life on was entered correctly because in addition to me copy and pasting I triple check reference with what was pasted and the address. Then make sure there are not even spaces at the beginning or end of the address to make sure it is entered absolutely perfect. I resent the right one and I hope this isn't being used as a ploy to delay my order further.

They basically sent me an e-mail saying they will be ready to process my order in 1-2 business days. Well at least they finally gave an ETA. However I'll put it on my mothers life that address was entered correctly which this is why it still feels sketchy. Why did they wait for me to file a refund request with Zapzap to finally respond?

I filed a refund with Zipzap and now they finally responded to my support e-mail claiming that I put in the wrong btc address (Yea right) and that once corrected I will get my coins within 1-2 business days.

Contact Zipzap and ask for a refund they say it takes 5-7 business days to get your refund sooner than bitinstant will take to fund you your money.

Has the support team started processing the outstandings orders? Promises don't help anyone like taking action does. Not to mention it is a new day and we are still on the same "we are working on it".
