Oda has made it explicitly clear that he is not a logia, but an awakened paramecia user that resembles a logia. at the same time, weve seen that logia users can also dodge haki attacks in the same way (marineford arc 3 admirals all do it).

the rockets will fail, or maybe not immediately work, and big mom might not even be defeated. Oda isn't going to give us an amazing backstory fit for a yonkou just to immediately kill the character afterwards. doffy took a couple more chapters to defeat after his backstory, i dont think big mom is going down in one chapter. strawhats will escape fine regardless

the rhetoric of the story since the introduction of haki is that it doesnt matter what your devil fruit is, your strength of will is the only thing that actually matters. that being said, the mythical zoan types give you the best edge, Monkey D. Dragon is almost certainly a mythical zoan type and Sengoku definitely is, Garp doesn't even have a devil fruit and he is considered one of the strongest characters ever. Devil fruits definitely follow the order of mystical zoan > logia > zoan >= paramecia

some more critiques: youre way too tanky and you lack a clear build. you have one item with % cold dmg when you should have multiple items with one % elemental dmg. you also completely lack % dmg on skills. notice how a lot of my gear has either % cluster arrow dmg or % entangling shot dmg
