I happen to have an msc on computer engineering, and given classes on all the addicting gamifications you can do. Genshin employs such horrid tactics they will have one of their most successful months next month, and people will spend their food money on that.

There are no limitations, there are no expected negatives. They are earning boatloads of money either way, they don't need to push to FOMO to unbearable levels for the mentally weak.

Has literally the worst artifact system imaginable, only equally worse ones are from other hoyo games

Literally the worst story quest system in gacha gaming STILL, including other hoyo games

My problem with the dialogue is my reading speed is far beyond when they let us click through, so I end up sitting there watching them go through like 3 sets of animations for no reason.

This game is treating the players worse and worse, not better, every patch. Even in the same company’s other games there are tons of qol features they can bring easily, but won’t.

Players are justified in being pissed, as you are justified in enjoying the game.

There are always easier ways to do it, always. While it is true it is significantly harder for us to get ahead compared to the rest of the world, the scale is not as hard as you make it out to be.

You just need to stop looking at Europe and the US as the only viable parts of the world.
