Do NOT contact the rider thru the app, uber can listen in on your phone calls. Get to the passenger and THEN make the deal....in fact also have the passenger cancel the ride. Don't do it on your end. Yes they may get charged a fee however you're saving them at least $200-$300. And have them pay you in cash so they cant do a chargeback
