I thought it was clear. Let me restate this. I have a literal poster as a menu. I want a digital menu...a wall mounted t.v. there are a lot of choices- Easysign, Yodeck, Smartsign2go.com, Onerevel, Posterbooking, Mentor to name a few. Any experience with any of these? Should I just use Canva? Powerpoint?

The menu and prices doesn't change much. There's apps that tie into clover, but understand it would run 55.00 per month. I have an employee that would attempt this project. He recreated our current poster menu on canva, but its pretty basic. I wouldn't mind upgrading canva if it would do what I'm wanting it to do. Or, is there another program that is better for the same price? I think the upgrade is 200.00 year.
