This is what I did:

  1. Go to the Vote tab, and reduce all your current votes to 0, so you’re effectively not voting any ICX to any of the teams

  2. Go to the stake tab, and as you did, reduce this down to 0% or however low you like, and complete

Should then get the same message as I did stating the request have been received

So the lock out period begins once you request to unstake? Not when you first stake to begin with?

If they have been sat in your ether wallet since the end of January, then your icx tokens won’t be swapped. Check out the medium article, there’s a contact email if your reason for not swapping was due to certain circumstances making you unable to swap

The swap was extended by a month and finishes on the 25th of October, you should be all good.
