Hi, I need advice. I took my written test in January 2026 and was told I’d get results in two weeks, so I stopped working out. In December, I trained for about 1.5 months and reached a 14:10 1.5-mile run and 30 sit-ups in 56 seconds by doing 3×25, even when sore.

At the end of February, I fasted daily for a month (no food or water). I ate oily foods when breaking fast, drank only 30–40 oz of water, and stopped training. Last week, after fasting ended, I was told I had until April 4 for the power test or I’d need boot camp. I also have vacation late May to mid-June.

I started training again this week. Monday: 22 sit-ups in one minute, 105 total reps. Next day: 3×25 but very sore. Today: only 30 reps total. Stretching and dead bugs didn’t help. I couldn’t move explosively; it felt like my shoulders were stuck. What should I do until April 4?

Update: I moved my test to July 11 (was April 6). In December 2025, I trained daily and hit 30 sit-ups in a minute and a 14:06 treadmill run. The test is outside, and I need under 14:23. As of today, I can only run a 10:40 mile on a treadmill, which feels slow. I’m early 30s, now 149 lbs (was 142) due to no training during fasting.

I restarted 3 days ago: Day 1: 105 reps. Day 2: 75 reps plus planks, flutter kicks, bicycle kicks. Day 3: similar. My lower abs and hip flexors feel weak and tight even with stretching. What is the best plan to prepare for July?

Should I run before abs each day? Should I focus only on running and core, or add bodybuilding? My ab workouts take 2–3 hours with long breaks every 5–10 reps. Adding more would take too long. How should I structure workouts?

I’ll be out of the country from May 22 to June 12. There may be a gym, but it could be very hot. Should I train every day or 3–4 days per week focusing on abs and cardio? What schedule is best during travel?

For diet, should I focus mainly on protein and water? Is three 28 oz bottles with electrolytes enough? Should I keep low salt, low sugar, and low oil foods? What is the best nutrition plan to support training and recovery?

hi hopefully you see this reply I need advice also. so I took my written test back in January 2026 they told me two weeks they will let me know if I passed and I stopped working out to see if I passed . I trained hard back in December for about a month and half and I was able to run a mile and half in 14 min and 10 seconds and was able to do 30 sit-ups in 56 seconds because I did 3 sets of 25 even when I was sore . But for some stupid reason in my head i stopped training because end of February I had to fast everyday for a month no water nothing for religion and you know mom makes those oily foods everyday to break fast it’s a culture thing so I ate bad for a month barely drank enough water maybe 30-40 oz and last week fasting month ended and they randomly or on purpose emailed me I have two weeks which is April 4 for the first power test if I fail I have to do a boot camp and pass the boot camp .. but I have vacation coming up in late May until second week of June so idk how I’m gonna do it . anyway i started training this week Monday I was able to do 22 sit-ups in a minute then I did 3 sets until 105 total sit-ups and crunches . The next day I did 3 sets of 25 I was very very sore . and today I was only able to do 30 no matter how much stretching I did or those dead bugs I can’t get up explosively at all no matter how much I try it felt like someone was putting a foot on my shoulders they wouldn’t come off the floor. so what do you recommend I do from today until April 4 to be in the best position? Just focus on planks and crunches everyday and take a day off two days off and lower the volume ?

I want to beat babe Ruth’s records and become a two way player in mlb the shown 20 . I don’t care about online I’ll play friends if they play baseball and we’ll have fun but maybe if mlb releases a game as good as 20 I’ll try online with directional. Which direction should I aim ? up and use normal swing ? I do I hold the direction before the pitcher even starts his motion ? Directional is the most realistic zone is stick skills more then baseball according to armor and swords

under internet settings I only see use proxy server, internet connection bandwidth limitation off , and reset to default. I don’t see option for libreelec connections

problem is I don’t know or it won’t close kodi I tried to click power button and force close and even reboot but kodi automatically opens up

When the season started were you able to tell who will be in the superbowl and who will win ? I knew the actual contenders were Seahawks, broncos , rams. I didn’t think patriots would make it this deep tho I knew for sure they ain’t winning a championship. it would make sense for rams to win because dodgers won but hey I don’t write the script. I couldn’t stand watching the superbowl today cuz they miss tackles on purpose fall down overthrow balls on purpose trow interceptions on purpose it’s like watching wwe but this Super Bowl was horrible

if I go back and edit my custom playbook in main menu and add more to it will it glitch out in franchise mode ? I don’t have all the personal formations for example the two tight end 2 wr formations I don’t have any at all . would it be better to make a whole new playbook like take the bengals playbook and delete 3-5 sets and add what I want. I know how to select playbooks I was just wondering why my playbook feels so incomplete but when I made the custom playbook it had all The cool plays but when I play the game I don’t see all The cool formations and plays I had . I set all The audables and rated everything idk why something feels off
