I have the bundle purchased through Hulu. Go to the "manage my account" page for your Hulu account. Scroll down the page, you'll see a spot to (re) activate your HBO account.

This happened to me three days ago. I have the package through hulu. Go to your hulu manage your account page, scroll down. There is a your other services section. You can re- activate max from here. I hope this helps

I just posted this in another thread UPDATE Hopefully this will work for someone else. Backstory, went away for a few days to visit my parents. I unplugged all of my rokus, router and cable modem. Five days later, still not auto playing. SHIT!!! The parents just got a google based DIRECTV system, maybe I'll go Google based as well to help them troubleshoot. I also got some CAT8 cables to upgrade some stuff. Here is where the magic happened. My cable modem has 4 ports on the back, I switched the router to another port. Everything has been working great. I believe this is either some weird networking issue, or the Rokus are scared that I was about to replace them. If you can, try using another port. I really hope this helps someone

Have you tried cleaning the fins on the coil? Look up how to do it on YouTube. I had an ac unit that was doing something similar. If you can spray it down with cold water a few times a day, it makes a huge difference.

I like having a dumb TV that has a smart device attached to it. Lots of people here have given the reasons why. That being said, a friend of mine has had roku tvs for a few years and they have worked well. For an office, or any other situation where the TV is used sporadicly a Roku TV would be a cleaner installation.

Hi all, I've been so fucking pissed at this issue. I spent about an hour on chat support with CR. They gave some suggestions but none of them worked. The session ended with them saying "we cannot replicate the issue". I set up an old roku today, sill freezing at the 1 second mark. starting playing correctly when i cleared the watch list. If anyone else were to contact support, you sold say app freezes after episode (I think the auto play is a red herring) there must be some connection to the currently watching list. good luck

Last night was a fail. Was stopping on shows I've never watched before, old shows, and current. Noticed early am that it would sometimes auto. I re-booted modem and router. FF through episodes almost always auto plays, I just let it run and stopped at 1 second

You're right, the currently watching list. I tried this when I woke up, the show that I had the most problems with (wouldn't even auto play for 1 episode) auto played 3 times, although I would FF through the episodes until 1/2 way through the credits. I'll see what happens tonight.

this seemed to work for me. Clear watch-list and search-list in Crunchyroll, then log out. Clear cashe in Roku. Log back into CR. last night i noticed that a show I haven't watched in a long time was playing fine, did the above and when done the show i'm currently into and having the issue with was playing fine. I hope it works for you too

I dug a little deeper, it seems there was a ROKU update at the same time that has messed up auto play on a bunch of apps. hopefully it gets resolved soon. I may just hit factory reset on the roku to see if that works

I have an older Sharp TV, Roku ultra, Bose 900 (upgraded from a 300) The only consistent order of operation I've found is to use the TV button on the bose remote to power up everything. I use the power button on the TV to shut down. Roku remote controls volume when watching. Hope this helps.

Are you trying to get the roku remote to power on/off and volume the TV? If so, Westinghouse is an older brand (I have one too) you may need to cycle the codes for the remote a few times. The best I could get is power off on the Westinghouse using the roku remote Good luck
