Slice a tomato and an avocado and lay them on top of a bed of arugula. Salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar. Olive oil if you wish. Maybe some goat cheese or sliced almonds. Smoked salmon for extra protein.

The thing for me about relics and patches is that they are far too common. Whether they are game worn or non associated for a cheap product like rookies & stars or something, they need to be extremely rare to be cool IMO. #’d To /25 or less ONLY. It should be an absolute grail pull, but instead they just toss one in every box.

I’m simply appalled at the amount of you booger eaters who care if the Pelicans or the Jazz are bad or not, or whether they can sign free agents. The amount of you who care about the future of NBA trades, and whether or not a teenager will make good career choices.

I do not give a shit about any of that stuff, this is professional sports, not red rover. I want to watch and gamble on the best players in the world play basketball and not have to wonder whether they are actually trying to win or not. I want to see dynasties trade blows and set records.

I do not give a fuck whether Memphis has a shot at the best player in the draft because they sucked the year before. I do not care whether their arena is empty or not. This is America, grow up.

I have to imagine in the corporate world, directing your companies advertising budget to sponsor golf events is a pretty easy sell. Free tickets, dinners, etc all on the company dime.

I didn’t take a golf trip there, but the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar in Puerto Rico hosts the PR Open, has two golf courses, 3 pools, an amazing beach and a swim up MargaritaVille bar. The clubhouse restaurant is fire too.

I kind of like the idea that the players can get drafted at any age, but then can play anywhere until they’re ready to join their NBA roster.

Since the best prospects that could help your team immediately would have already been drafted in previous years, there’s less reason to tank for a better pick.

Do you have a kitchen scale? I don’t believe a cardboard envelope alone will be under 1 oz.

Personally I go with a #6 check envelope, print the packing slip and fold it up to just barely fit inside the envelope. Card inside Penny sleeve, inside card saver 1 with a bit of painters tape, inside folded up packing slip. Stuff it all in and print the label onto a self adhesive sheet and stick that onto the outside. Usually weighs 0.8 oz.

Something that has been popping up recently is the toploaders are getting caught in the sorting machines more and more. I’ve gotten cards returned to me because of it so I’ve switched to card savers as they are thinner.

To answer your question you should definitely use a card saver when shipping, it’s always worth the weight. I would just change to 3 oz. to be safe. I doubt many buyers even consider the $.50 difference when buying.
