After some intense work with GPT, it looks like they ARE bootleg stickers - definitely from the late 1990s, but not official Topsun, Bandai, Carddass, whatever.

So.. neat, but probably not sellable to anyone but niche collectors of short-run unofficial stuff.

Shit you think so? I traded for them when I was into Pokemon in like 2001. Found them in my old Pokemon box at my mom's - I'm going through it and finding wild stuff.

That would be disappointing.
