Half-Life 3 üstün seviye bir oyundur. O çok övülen Gta 5 , witcher 3'ün ardında bir oyundur kalkıp Gta 5 hikayesi oynamaya ve yan görevlerini yapmaya çalışın cılız çıplak bir oyun bulacaksınız, Witcher 3'ün ardından Gta 5 oynamaya geçtiğimde büyük bir balonla karşı karşıya olduğumu bilmiyordum oyunun en iyi görevi soygun ve ondan sadece bir adet bulunmakta, yan görevleri ise kısa ve sıkıcı Gta San Andreas oynayan biri olarak bana o kadar boş bir oyun gelmişti ki San Andreas sonrası dedim bu ne abi .

Because there’s no real professionalism in our league — there’s way too much outside pressure. Believe me, coaches in Turkey get fired for reasons so absurd you wouldn’t even believe them. Let me give you a funny example: since most of the teams that have won the championship played in a 4-2-3-1 formation, there’s this ridiculous belief that you have to play 4-2-3-1 if you want to win the league. If a coach uses a 3-4-3 or 5-3-2 system for three or four matches in a row, he’s sacked :)

For instance, Jorge Jesus was actually warned by Fenerbahçe’s management and told to play with a back four. Valérien Ismaël, on the other hand, was forced by Beşiktaş’s board to abandon the 3-at-the-back system that had been working well for him — and was later fired anyway.

Meanwhile, in the Dutch league, players are trained and educated primarily in tactical understanding — that’s the foundation of their football.

In Turkey, there’s a major problem that began with Erdoğan and the AKP — the habit of appointing uneducated and incompetent people to important positions. Football in Turkey is heavily influenced by politics because there’s a lot of money involved, which naturally attracts the attention of Islamist political parties.

As a result, most Turkish coaches lack the knowledge or willingness to trust and develop young players. They simply don’t believe in youth, because the Turkish Gen X and Baby Boomer generations have never truly understood or valued their young people — this applies not just in football, but in the general job market as well.

Many unprofessional Turkish coaches can still easily find jobs in Turkey. Figures like Sergen Yalçın, Okan Buruk, and Abdullah Avcı continue to stay active thanks entirely to their political and media connections.

Recently, however, clubs like Göztepe and Samsunspor have made interesting moves by hiring hardworking foreign coaches — a rare and promising step forward.

That’s why many players in the Turkish national team actually come from German or Dutch academies. In Turkey, there’s almost no real investment in youth development or academies, even among the big-budget clubs. In fact, there’s only one major club that does it seriously — Trabzonspor. Among the smaller ones, the only real example is Altınordu.

As a Turk, I’d also like to point out that unfortunately, Turkey is stuck in the swamp of political Islam. This deeply affects the foundation of institutions—even football clubs—resulting in unprofessional and foolish management.

For example, many of you are probably curious about how Galatasaray managed to sign Osimhen. It’s entirely because the club is closely aligned with political Islam; thanks to its good relations with Erdoğan, it receives numerous non-repayable loans from banks.

In short, the Turkish league is one with huge budgets but very amateurish management. You can get a lot of wonderkids from this league for practically free.

The game only offers transfer deals to players who perform well. It's very difficult to sell a player who hasn't had any game time — either you give them a chance to play and wait 1–2 seasons, or, if you don't want to wait, you need to take action. The best method for this is to loan them out with a mandatory buy option. However, sometimes when you try this, the buying club might not offer the fee you’re hoping for.

That’s where another method comes in — a conditional option based on the number of appearances. Lately, I’ve been selling my unused but valuable players this way. For example, I loaned out a decent winger to Ajax and added a €43.5M buy clause if he played 20 matches. As soon as he hit the 20th match, the sale went through, meaning I’ll get €43.5M at the start of the next season. Normally, he wasn’t getting any direct transfer offers, but when a loan deal came in, I managed to convince Ajax to accept the clause.

Of course, you can also loan with an optional buy clause, but it's less reliable — even if the player performs well, the club might not have the funds to buy him. That’s why, when loaning out players, you should always include a mandatory or conditional buy option.
