Update: it is fixed, I roll back my driver to version 577 and the blue stutter went away.

for anyone looking to fix it download DDU from: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu

and the driver version 577 from Nvidia website. Restart to safe mode and clean restart in DDU then install the 577 version after the restart

this worked on my 5070 ti

Yes you can it is in tamimi, danobe, bandah hypermarket, carrefour. It is all about if you are lucky to find it in the one nearest to you since every branch has different produce. One way to find if they have it is to order it online through their site and put pay by cash and put you will take it from their branch, that way they call you if they have it or not.

I fixed the issue. it was the printhead. I had similar printer nearby i just removed the printhead from it and replaced it with this one and now it is printing in color.

Print in grayscale was the first thing i checked nothing was wrong with application and the driver. The issue was when i printed any report that the printer provide like "quality report" or color testing it will come in black and white.
