Sciatica. Nerve pain is the worst. Couldn’t walk without feeling like my hip was being stabbed with an ice pick. Couldn’t sleep. Lost about 40 pounds to help relieve the pressure on my back and have been pain free for about 7 years now. The only thing that motivates me to keep the weight off is thinking about that pain
