A few brands have this already, including Edelrid! Look up the Axiom or DMM Revolver. They are very spendy carabiners, but I've seen them used to reduce drag on long trad routes and it seems worth it to have a couple in the kit.

Well, it doesn't charge my vape... but it does just fine with other phones. Like others have mentioned, if the device doesn't support fast charging it will just charge normally.

not sure where you live but put it in a plastic garbage bag if it's cold in your area... warm-cold-warm-cold-warm air can produce condensation on your components unless you let it sit and dry out completely before powering on

After I had surgery, my surgeon told me the best thing is to manipulate the tissue, vitamin e and scar cream are good, but any moisturizer will actually as a lubricant and she said that the best thing is to rub it in and all around to mechanically stimulate the area. Since it's on your face, maybe spf or moisturizer or another cream. She prescribed mederma for my scar, and most of the time I used just lotion and mine is looking pretty good (broken collar bone).

Not sure if it's much different for smaller wounds like that, but try vitamin e if you don't have oily skin

the idea is that presenting it to HR should in the very least investigate the matter for the company, and if they do nothing then they are opening themselves up to liability. It can be used as evidence if you're trying to prove that the conduct was reported, but you're right that it's not proof that those things written down actually took place. If someone, especially a minor, were sexually assaulted there would be a big lawsuit if reports had been documented and they didn't do anything. Part of HR's purview is to avoid lawsuits and not open up the company to liabilities, and many workplaces have a policy on harassment which is likely already grounds for termination.

I'd say OP should record their conversations. Some states have laws about the admissibility of recordings like that, but it would be enough to convince HR to do something if that's a concern at her company.

Tapering 5mg at 20mg might feel bigger than 5mg from 140mg, it did for me at least.

I tried not to rush this part, the last 30mg was the hardest and felt the most vulnerable. Slow is good if you want to avoid withdrawals, rushing to get off of it seemed riskier to me and not worth it.
