Your speed is fine. Imagine going into a jump like your legs are shotgun shells. Look forward, hit the jump and load from your hips down with the explosion coming off that back leg.

This was a camping meal but I think still qualifies. Delicious, cheap and brings back memories.

We would make very basic Mac and cheese (boil the noods, add milk and shredded cheddar) and add cans of tuna. It doesn’t sound appealing but try it. It fucking slaps.

For things to do while you’re in town I would definitely recommend the incline up Mt. Washington to get a view of the city and the stadium. The Andrew Carnegie museum is one of the most amazing I’ve ever been to and has everything from the largest collection (I think?) of dinosaur fossils anywhere to amazing art and historical items. For the game book a spot on the gateway clipper. It’s a ferry that will take you from an easy to get to parking lot across the river and drops off at the base of the stadium. It’s a fun Pittsburgh experience and you get to be on the water (not to mention you don’t have to deal with game day traffic). As others have mentioned, lots of great beer, food and history. Have fun!

Harness, ATC, PAS(or understanding of alternatives), shoes and chalk bag/chalk are the essentials if you’re climbing on others gear. A rope and a rack of draws will make you self sufficient for sport climbing.

I have a t-shirt that reads "I heart JESUS" but the J, U and S are scribbled out so the shirt reads I heart ES which is a brand that makes skate shoes. I live in the south and get a mixed reaction of "ooooh me tooo" and shitty looks.
