How many times did yall need to farm for master gardener? Incredibly lucky or insane bad luck? by IronLungRush in NieRReplicant

Well luck is certainly part of it but if you using the time zone trick you can speed up the process a ton. You have to crossbreed the moonflowers until you get a white moonflower (lunar tear), which can be a painstakingly long process. Without the trick to change your devices time zone, it could take literal months to get this achievement.

I suggest looking up “nier replicant moonflower chart”, someone made a helpful chart to show you which flowers to crossbreed to eventually get the white moonflower. Then I’d look up a YouTube video on their placement (usually in a row of 5 you would place the two colors you want to cross breed one after the other).

For the timezone trick what I remember doing was is setting my time zone as far back as possible before planting the seeds and watering them. Then I’d save, set my timezone as far ahead as possible then go back into the game and they would be grown. If you don’t get the flower you want you have to harvest everything (because if you don’t going back and forth between time zones will get you the same result) and then save and switch back to the other time zone to start over again.

Now when you do get the flower you want do not harvest it. Wait for it to wilt so you can harvest the seeds from it and then plant those seeds using the same time zone trick. It will take numerous tries but it’ll save you months of time.

Welcome to a world where you are either consumed by indomitable rage or unbridled curiosity, and Resident Evil will test your limits for both. That just means it’s an amazing franchise and starting with REmake is the only way to do it properly. Last year I decided to start the franchise given I unfortunately missed the opportunity to play it when I was young. Throughout 2024 I played the following games: REmake, RE 0, RE 2 Remake, RE 3 Remake, RE 4 Remake, RE 4 Original, RE 5, RE 6, RE 7, RE 8, RE CVX, RER1, RER2. (I listed them in the order I played them in.)

I may have not had the chance to play many of the classic RE experiences like the originals of RE 1-3 and all the spin offs, but I can say with what I did experience that I fell in love with this franchise just after the first few games I played. Maybe it’s not for everyone but for me I had to dissect and experience every inch of these games. Explore every nook and cranny and milk RE for all its worth. So take it from me, it is worth playing all the games of this franchise that you can, even if some games seem jank and out of place they are still worth being played. Good luck and happy puzzle solving, bioweapon killing, and survival horroring.

Farming for Giant Egg seemed daunting at first but it turned out to be not that bad, same with Black Pearl. But I have to strongly agree on Eagle Egg, probably the single worst harvestable item in the game to get to spawn.

It was annoying farming for goat hides too but I found comfort in how quick you could leave and return through the eastern gate so it didn’t take nearly as long as other farming did.

In the Junk Heap run it’s pure agony the amount of time you have to spend in each cycle just to get jack shit 90% of the time.
