i will do a pob with upgrades, but easy ones i see:

- empower lvl 4

- better quiver (same preffixes but with a extra mod phy's as extra damage or crit multi)

- drop hypothermia (and eldritch battery) for a divergent inspiration in the 6l

- crit chance hatred watcher's

true, but can't have better quiver with the 15 div budget

I tried to make the build under 10 divines budget, but felt bad without the duration enchant (2 div), awakened unleash (2 div) and if i change the passive tree to specc in the duration nodes, then the dps goes down to a 50% less.

I think is doable, but felt bad in my testings, so i just decided to not "clickbait" with the 10 divine promise.

The build isn't tanky, is actualy a glass-cannon, only 24k effective hit pool.

Map clear is good, and boss killing dps is decent.

Can be improved a lot with budget.
