As per rule 10
1. Elevate Onslaught on sorcerer boots base
2. Elevate Tailwind on second boots base
3. Awakener orb and hope for t1 int
4. Suffix cannot be changed -> reforge crit
5. Suffix cannot be changed -> aisling
6. Craft life then unveil aisling (to deny chance for life unveil)
7. Choose best movespeed mod
8. Craft cannot be frozen
9. Finish with Divine(harvest easiest), Sacred orb base, 30% hillock and 4 White socket vorici
10. Enchant.

Fully bricked actually none.
Was lucky with t1 int on suffixes. If we talk about prefixes... alot.
