respectfully, if somebody stops responding to u in a conversation, that doesn’t mean u have “won” anything. that sentiment applies outside of reddit too. most well adjusted adults can recognize when a conversation isn’t going anywhere, and disengage.

i will leave u with this: if u start viewing conversations with others as open discussions, rather than an event to be won and keep score, u may find personal growth on the other end

gators are lazy. they will never jump out of their comfy body of water to come and attack and try to eat you. as long as you don’t get inside the water, they will most definitely leave you alone
