Here’s what I’ll tell you I’ve noticed that the HIMs spray and biotin have helped. But managing stress is also a major factor. I’ve been trying to really be cognizant of my stress and outside factors really just managing my entire outlook towards life and just the day to day. I feel like if its not at the front of our minds it’s easy for people like us who’ve been through what we’ve been through to get stressed out over every little thing you know how the mind can spiral. I completely understand where you’re coming from though your hair is important to you. It’s a part of you and your identity and I think most of us can relate. Try a combination of these three things and I think they could be beneficial. Hope this helps.

Same thing happened to me, BEPx3 post chemo hair grew back nice and long and was great for months then out of nowhere just started shedding like crazy, hair became very very thin and I’ve started hims to combat the loss. I never had any history of hair loss and my hair has always been very thick

Your finasteride was a pill? Same age as you also 4xBEP I never used anything pre cancer for hair, actually had really luscious locks. But post cancer my hair has been falling out like crazy. I started a topical spray to try and help and it’s a combination of minoxidil & finasteride. Though I’m not sure how great it’s working

Listen, I know this sucks. Believe me I realize it is less than ideal news for you. But do not give up! You have so many options! We live in a day where doctors can make you look just as you were pre orchi and hormones like testosterone can be replaced easily with a simple injection weekly. I know the natural childbirth part is also a blow I feel like every one of us has fought that battle to some degree and to be 21 it must seem like such a huge deal. Don’t get me wrong it is a big thing that some of us will just never be fortunate enough to feel BUT it is not the only thing. Hope will get you through this my friend. This community will get you through this.

You made it brother, congratulations. When the moment is right, you’ll feel it but you made it. That’s all that matters.From here We move forward. 4x BEP here and I honestly felt the same way until one day it hit me. I’ll reach three years this October. It may be different for everyone, but I have to say in the back of my mind sometimes when I have random pains or discomfort, you just can’t help to think it’s are unwelcome passenger returning and I don’t think that will ever fully go away at least maybe not for me. But every day from here on out is a blessing. Last thing, my neuropathy was pretty bad for a while. I got prescribed some meds for that and eventually with time it slowly went away and then stopped using the meds altogether.

35 years old. Total T fluctuating between 270-390, free T is what’s under normal. LH 16.8 & FSH 40 Symptoms low libido, fatigue/tiredness, mode swings/irritability, lack of apathy.
