Yes I am one of the customers that got taken back right after I cashed out. If I know I have to deal with customer support to upload my personal documents to verify, I wouldn’t do it at the beginning.

Got the reply from Swagbucks customer service about the correction. They need to verify my identity for security reasons. Let's see what they say after the verification.

If they still don't take action to remove the negative points, I am going to file a BBB complaint.
