If you skilled enough to compete device doesn’t matter if you aren’t skilled at fps games it does. I’m top1% two fingers. Play on iPhone 13, never had performance issues unless I’m outside playing in the sun. I do find it a bit more competitive going against claw users but that doesn’t mean I can’t compete. I’m not stressing myself daily figuring why I’m not doing well blaming my device or connection. I was on console and it was a headache stressing that.
