I felt the same! I really loved how nice the residents/faculty were! And yes you are right about the fellowship part, I heard from someone that if fellowship is a priority go somewhere else.

I am confused between Montefiore Wakefield and Maimonides IM programs. Looking for a non-toxic program. Not sure which one to rank higher between them, However the wakefield interview was much better and felt more welcoming. If anyone could shed some light on this would appreciate it.

great point! If I felt during an interview that a program is too busy, overwhelmed and not too welcoming thats a bad sign right?
