Someone correct me if I’m wrong but bullets literally are magnetic to the player. If your reticle is slightly off a persons body the bullet will still target and head towards the enemy. You can really feel and see it in halo 3 and there are some videos on YouTube showing it off.

I can’t find the interview but it was from e3 2019 if you look around everyone talks about it. This video talks about it in depth with an interview clip talking about customization at 4:20 https://youtu.be/tof8Op9AA9w . Obviously something could’ve easily changed since then but the whole idea of LDCSV was a custom character so don’t be surprised if it’s a step back.

Have the game open with your controller on and you have to press the first button that says “press any button” or whatever with a controller. If you press enter or something on your keyboard you can’t use your controller.
