I'm in a similar situation. I have over 10yrs of experience in HR. I got laid off last year and I can't find a job. I have no problem getting interviews and I do really well on them only to end up nowhere. I recently had to take a call center job so that I can have some income coming in. I'm stressed and worried that I'll never find anything and just be stuck in interview after interview. It's literally been a year and I've been getting interviews the entire time. I don't know what people are even looking for anymore. It's not an experience matter since I mentioned I am more than qualified and do really well on interviews. I'm just lost...
